Instructions for changing accordion bellows:

To change accordion bellows, the key is to keep and use your original accordion bellows' wood frame that will keep the bellows perfectly sealed and air tight.
First, carefully cut off the old bellows' wood frames by very sharp knife, and then glue your old bellows' wood frame to the new bellows with strong wood glue.   So there should be no problem with the little size difference.
